- I have seen availability online, but I do not have a credit card. Can I book in other way?

No, The Hotel will not charge your credit card for making this booking. You will simply pay for your stay at the hotel directly. Cancellation is free of charge provided you adhere to the notification period stated in the cancellation policy. [Back to top]
- What is the difference between Basic, Standard and Comfort rooms?
Rooms differ mainly in size and position. Basic Double Rooms do not dispose of air conditioning, but are equipped with a fan.

- Room rates are per room or per person?
All rates are intended per room. Breakfast is always included in the room rate. No hidden costs. The system shows already the total amount of your stay. [Back to top]
- I booked but I still have not received any confirmation. Is my reservation ok?
If the booking process has been successful, you will be redirected to a confirmation page with all your reservation details and the number of your booking. A further confirmation will be sent within minutes per email. If you do not receive any email, please check also the spam folder of your email account. - Is the hotel in the town centre? Is it far from the lake?
The hotel is located right in the town centre, next to the old town's main door and a 100 meters from the lake promenade. You can however reach the hotel by car without any problem, keeping the main street. The lake is at the end of the square ( Piazza ) where the hotel is located. [Back to the top]
- Where can I park my car?
The hotel disposes of a garage in house available upon reservation. Places are limited. We also dispose of parking places in a covered and video surveilled parking located 400 meters from the hotel. Reservation is suggested. Free parking can be found a 300-500 meters from the hotel. In the immediate vicinity, next to the town centre, free parking is possible from 22 to 9 ( during the day parking fee is needed ). More parking places are a 10 minutes walk from the hotel.
