Cancellation policy (cancellation terms)

• Reservations at this rate will be charged immediately of the total amount on your credit card when booking.
• Reservations at this rate are NOT refundable and non changeable.
• In case of cancellation or modification of the stay, as long as done within 3 days from the date of arrival, the amount already charged translates into a voucher to be used for another stay at this property  within 30 days after the original date of arrival , depending on availability and rates published online ( You will need to make a new reservation).
• In case of no-show, without having received any cancellation, the room reservation will be maintained exclusively for the first night and the amount charged can not be reused.
